To include the following:
1, Air Con Heat Check
2, Report as to damage caused by guests
3, Dampness report (caused by internal/external faults)
The cleaning of external terraces, shutters and windows is
important.
Prices vary subject to size.
As we are resident on Al Andalus Thalassa we can attend to any
problems
with the utmost urgency.
Monthly reports are available on request.
Meet & Greet
This includes meeting & greeting your guests upon their arrival,
(this
DOES include unsocial hours 10pm - 7am, charges apply ).
Directing them to their allotted car-parking space, essential in the
interest
of good neighbourly relations!
Demonstrating appliances.
Drop-off point for keys on departure.
As we have dealt with many customers over the years both through the
